This futuristic role-playing action game follows Subaru Hoshikawa, whose astronaut father disappeared after a mysterious incident at a satellite station. Wearing his father’s visualizer glasses, Subaru encounters Warlock, an alien life form that escaped from the planet FM. They join forces to fight dangerous creatures from that planet that have come to attack Earth.
Players control Subaru in the real world, then combine with Warlock to transform into Mega Man and travel along the Wave Road. In the Dragon version, Mega Man draws on the power of wood, using the special Wood Shot attack to fire a cluster of sharp leaves at enemies.
