This compilation brings together the strategy RPGs Growlanser II: The Sense of Justice and Growlanser III: The Dual Darkness, set in a fantasy world threatened by war and encroaching darkness. In Growlanser II, Wein Cruz and up to seven companions fight their opponents, wielding magical rings as weapons, while conflict endangers the peace of three neighboring kingdoms.
In Growlanser III, the player controls Slayn as he searches for the source of a black scourge spreading across the land and tries to stop a plot that threatens mass genocide. Characters join him during the journey, assisting in battle and sharing information through dialogue.
