Desktop Dungeons is a turn-based puzzle roguelike that sends a hero into fantasy dungeons laid out on a single screen. Each expedition takes place in a randomly generated maze, where revealing unexplored tiles restores health and mana while uncovering new obstacles and enemies.
Players use tactical spells and decide how to manage the resources they find. Building up the kingdom unlocks classes, races, and challenges, while the seeded Daily Dungeon offers a competitive mode; other activities include appeasing ancient gods and practicing taxidermy.
