This 2D top-down adventure follows the fall of the Animal Gods, sacred beings turned into haunted beasts by toxic fumes from a bronze industry. Thistle, a small and agile warrior, sets out to break the curse and free them, wielding a bronze sword.
Players explore dungeons in any order, cross obstacles with timed dashes and solve puzzles that call for precision and planning. Each dungeon holds a weapon and an upgrade needed to defeat the Animal Gods. The story also unfolds through notes left by Jessuh, Juliette and the scientist Sven. After completing the game, a mode unlocks that challenges players to finish dungeons with no more than nine lives.
