A real-time strategy game about the struggle for power in medieval Europe between 1337 and 1490. Noble families in England and France compete for the thrones of the two kingdoms; other playable powers include Burgundy and factions in the Wars of the Roses. In Two Thrones, players build their realm into an economic, political and military power while managing relations with the church, nobility, peasants and merchants.
Castles and armies help defend a kingdom, with forces including knights, spearmen, English longbowmen and Swiss pikemen. Historical events shape a nation's progress from the Middle Ages toward the Renaissance. The game can be played against computer-controlled opponents or in multiplayer over a local network or the internet.
