A first-person shooter and prequel to the Turok series, the game explores the origins of the Turok lineage. In 1886 Texas, warrior Tal'Set battles Captain Tobias Bruckner when a rift transports them both to the Lost Lands.
The wounded Tal'Set is nursed by the inhabitants of River Village, who are hiding from Lord Tyrannus and his reptilian forces. He becomes involved in the war for the Lost Lands and discovers that Bruckner has become a general in Tyrannus's army.
