This political simulation with action elements takes place in Novistrana, a former Soviet state ruled by a brutal and corrupt dictator. Driven by a personal vendetta against the president, the protagonist begins a revolution with a single supporter and seeks to build a nationwide faction capable of overthrowing the ruler and taking power.
Influence, wealth and force can be used to recruit politicians, celebrities, priests, criminals and secret police officers. Hundreds of actions include organising rallies and riots, building crime syndicates, holding charity events and spreading propaganda. Seven other factions also compete for control, and the protagonist’s choices can shape the republic’s future: the revolution may liberate the people or establish a new oppressor.
