Polarium is a puzzle game about clearing rows of tiles by flipping them until each row is entirely black or white. New tiles fall from above, so clearing rows makes room for them; neutral gray tiles around the board also let players flip groups that are not connected.
Puzzle mode challenges players to remove all the black or white tiles without lifting the stylus, with 100 puzzles available. A built-in editor lets players create puzzles and send them to others. In wireless multiplayer matches, cleared rows appear on the opponent’s board, while rows marked with question marks grant power-ups that speed up clearing, obscure part of the opponent’s border, or reverse their tiles.
