This pixel-art RPG with roguelike elements follows the threat posed by the Sons of Dawn, a cult seeking to awaken an ancient god. The player forms a party of three heroes and explores the lands around Pixton, where each new run brings different random events and dungeons.
The game features 30 hero classes with distinct skills and attributes, alongside procedurally generated weapons, equipment, spells, and prayers. Three campaigns can be unlocked, each with its own final dungeon and boss. Heroes who die are gone for good, while their statistics and the circumstances of their deaths are recorded in a graveyard. Encounters with unusual NPCs and random events offer storylines to follow and choices to make.
