This futuristic action game combines real-time strategy with a combat robot simulator in the Labyrinth, a system of portals linking planets in an unknown star system. The player’s squad faces mechanical rebel forces and hostile alien wildlife across six worlds, each with its own terrain, weather and day-and-night cycle.
The 20-mission single-player campaign mixes combat, simulation and strategy. Orders can be issued to mobile units from a protected bunker, while robots can also be controlled remotely or piloted directly from a first-person view. Battle machines are assembled in many configurations, with airborne or ground-based designs, wheels or tracks, and a wide selection of weapons.
