Set on the fantasy continent of Lanzheim, torn apart by civil war, this role-playing game follows a story of love, hatred, political conflict and betrayal, with characters facing the question of choosing their own fate.
Exploration and combat take place in the same environment, without separate loading screens. Battles combine turn-based strategy with real-time action: players can switch between party members, assign behavior to AI-controlled characters and use objects in the surroundings. Defeating monsters yields Kamonds for enhancing weapons and creating items; changing weapons alters a character’s fighting style, while KAN, the magic of four elements, can be used in battle and to affect the environment.
