Future Knight

Future Knight is a 2D action shoot-'em-up about a robot who must travel into the past to stop the Lady of the Past from wiping humanity's memories. His companion, Two More, is a benign tumor living inside him. The eight levels, called biomes, each represent an hour in the Lady's schedule before the catastrophe, with the pair sabotaging activities ranging from a walk in the park to a meal.

In combat, Future Knight fires a plasma weapon, bites enemies and dodges with rolls, while Two More performs dashes, climbs walls and squeezes into tight spaces. The characters can be switched instantly: using Two More restores Future Knight's health, while Future Knight's actions recharge Two More's energy. Levels with horizontal and vertical scrolling use visuals inspired by electronic games with liquid crystal displays.
