Chosen 2 is a role-playing sequel to Chosen. After defeating Akuma, Edge is stranded alone in a chaotic underworld, while his companions Serenity, Misty, and Trinity fear that he may be dead. As he explores the underworld in search of a way out, Edge hears a voice from his past and encounters the spirit of his mother, Ayaka.
Together with Ayaka and their trusted maiden Sakae, Edge searches for his missing father’s spirit, hoping it can help him escape. Their investigation uncovers a plot by the underworld lords to take over the world above.
