An economic city-building simulation about creating a metropolis under the direction of a major conglomerate. The player places shops, homes, mansions, and towers to develop the town and increase land values. Compatible buildings can be placed near one another to form specialty districts and combos that provide bonuses.
Residents go to work and spend their earnings on cars, houses, and pets; some may also win the lottery. The city is built on a map of the player’s choice, with the goal of growing a small settlement into a major economic center.
