The building’s income depends on its tenants and visitors, while dissatisfied tenants may leave their apartments, hotel rooms, or offices, lowering the tower’s rating. The goal is to complete specific objectives, earn a five-star rating, and achieve official Tower status by balancing efficient design with tenant satisfaction.
