Top Gear 2 is an arcade racing game that continues the series with more realistic handling, car damage, and changing weather. The player races across 64 tracks in 16 countries and must finish in the top ten to qualify for the next event. A password is provided after completing the races in each country, allowing progress to resume from that point.
Races feature pickups that provide cash or nitro, and each event begins with six nitro boosts. Weather affects grip, so tyres can be changed to suit the conditions. Cars take damage during races, and their performance can be upgraded.

Recuerdo este juego principalmente por la banda sonora. Mi primer juego de carreras en Sega. Luchamos durante mucho tiempo junto con nuestros hermanos y hermanas. Punto por punto:
- El juego tiene tuning. NFS no, por supuesto, pero para mi edad, e incluso para mi edad en ese momento, era suficiente. No entendí qué estaba cambiando ni para qué, pero el costo era caro, por lo que sería más genial.
- Contraseña. No sabía el significado de esta palabra y aparecía cada 10 carreras (de todos modos la anoté). Más tarde, investigando la configuración, me di cuenta de que se trataba de códigos con los que se podía saltar a este punto. PERO. Si primero ingresas inmediatamente el código, serás llevado al nivel que necesitas y tu auto es una mierda..., tos, tos, no muy bien.

Помню эту игру, в первую очередь, из-за саундтрека. Моя самая первая гоночная игра на сегу. Рубились долго вместе с братьями и сестрами. По пунктам:
- В игре есть тюнинг. Не NFS конечно, но для своих лет, да и для моих тогда лет этого хватало. Не понимал что и на что меняю, но стоимость была дорогой, значит будет круче.
- Password. Не знал смысла этого слова, да и появлялась она через каждые эдак 10 гонок (на всяк все записывал). Позже копаясь в настройках понял, что это коды, с помощью которых можно было перепрыгнуть до этого момента. НО. Если сначала сразу ввести код, ты попадешь на нужны тебе уровень, а тачка твоя говн..., кхе-кхм, не очень.
- Много локации, разные погодные условия, становящийся все сложнее соперники, нитро (тут и узнал что это такое) — мечта любого гонщика.
