The Chosen Warriors is an old-school side-scrolling beat ’em up inspired by Golden Axe and Knights of the Round. Players choose from 12 heroes, each with a different control difficulty and combat traits, including attack, defense, speed, range, resistance, and special abilities.
The game features multiple paths, modes, and difficulty levels, as well as local co-op. In-game rewards unlock modes, stages, and characters. There is no experience system: the full move set is available from the start, and victory depends on player skill.
