This tactical roguelike follows a squad of marines making their way through the decks of a besieged steampunk spaceship. The player commands up to four marines, using their equipment and action points to take positions, attack enemies, and manage resources carefully. Death is permanent, and finding replacements for fallen squad members is not guaranteed.
The ship’s decks are procedurally generated, with varied environments and enemies, destructible walls, and changes in elevation. Marines belong to one of five classes and can gain promotions, talents, and perks, while weapons and armor are found during the run. Completing 30 levels unlocks New Game Plus with further challenges, and the game offers four difficulty levels.
