This platform action game based on the Spirou et Fantasio comic series follows journalist Spirou as he tries to rescue the kidnapped Count Champignac and stop the robot Cyanide from bringing Earth under robot rule. His friend Fantasio gathers information to assist him.
Spirou can run, jump, duck, dive and slide, and swim through underwater stages while monitoring his air supply. He obtains the Micropulser in the third level. Across the eight levels, collecting Spirou hats earns extra lives, hearts restore health, and oxygen bottles extend the time he can stay underwater. The game offers three difficulty settings.
