Soundscape VR: 2017 is a musical metaverse prototype built around the interplay of music and visual art. First shown at Burning Man in 2017, it lets players explore virtual worlds alone or with others.
Magic Mirror features curated performances by major artists, while Freeplay lets players visualize their own music. In fantasy worlds, Sonic AI generates a different performance each time. The game also includes Spectra Dash, a fast-paced test of aim and agility that combines shooting and slicing in time with the player’s playlist.
