This visual novel follows passengers on a commuter train that stops beside a pink fog. A man who steps outside dies, leaving the others trapped in the train with no clear idea of what is happening. The driver, Nikolai, tries to calm the passengers and avoid conflict, while Alexander Petrovich attempts to take control of the situation.
Players choose how the characters respond to events and talk with the other passengers. Decisions shape the story and affect how the characters regard the player, and some of the main characters can die. The passengers include Marina, an enterprising student, and Evgeniy Konstantinovich, who interferes in what is happening and refuses to admit his mistakes.
