A cyberpunk adventure combining point-and-click gameplay with visual-novel storytelling, Sinless takes place in a city governed by corporations, where residents must schedule their days through mandatory cybernetic implants. The protagonist's ordinary day soon takes an unexpected turn, revealing the hidden nature of the seemingly perfect Omni-Care society.
Players explore the city and gradually learn its rules, customs, and social order. The game offers little guidance, leaving details about the world and interactive points to be discovered, though optional hints are available. An original soundtrack accompanies the story.
