Secret Santa is a 2D arcade stealth game in which Santa sneaks into houses at night to leave presents by the Christmas trees. The player must deliver the gifts without being spotted by the residents or getting shot, struck, or blown up.

The game features 30 stages across lists of nice and naughty children. Completing them leads to three more difficult lists.
