This side-view adventure follows a combat medic trying to save wounded soldiers as their unit takes part in battles and stealth missions. The medic does not use weapons, instead treating casualties and deciding whom to save, sometimes at the risk of their own life.
Seven operations place the medic in different conditions, including a landing under bombardment, a nighttime raid behind enemy lines, and a besieged city in freezing cold. Each level features short cinematic scenes that tell the medic’s story. The game is controlled entirely with the mouse.
