This arcade platformer with puzzle elements is set on the Rainbow Islands, where an evil record company is polluting the ecosystem with mass-produced music. The pollution causes plants to wilt and animals to mutate into hostile creatures, and Bub and Bob set out to confront the company and its seven bosses.
Players navigate levels whose platforms are arranged in perspective and recede into the distance, scrolling to the foreground as they become accessible. The three-dimensional presentation changes the level structure from the strict vertical ascents of the original Rainbow Islands.
