A city-management simulator about building up a Utopia by welcoming clones into the community. New arrivals are greeted at the arrival centre by an assistant, and the player then assigns them jobs. Clones are created by combining the skills of existing residents, while buildings provide places for those skills to be put to use. As the community grows, so does the city.
