Panorama Cotton is a fantasy rail shooter with pseudo-3D visuals, following the witch Cotton and the fairy Silk as they set out to find whoever is burning Willow, Cotton’s favorite candy. After a charred Willow appears in Queen Velvet’s garden, the queen begins acting strangely, and Silk learns about the incident from her sister, Knit. Cotton is not concerned with the queen’s fate, but she wants to stop whoever is ruining Willow.
Players fly through colorful stages along a set route and battle enemies in the rail-shooter format. Its pseudo-3D presentation sets Panorama Cotton apart from other games in the series, while Cotton and Silk’s journey centers on tracking down the culprit.
