Othello is an abstract board strategy game built around capturing the opponent’s pieces: players place pieces to surround opposing ones and flip them to their own color. The player with the most pieces of their color at the end wins.
Matches can be played against the computer’s Zebra AI, which has five difficulty levels, locally against another player, or online. Hot-seat mode lets two players share one computer, while asynchronous play allows moves when an opponent is offline. The presentation can be switched between 2D and 3D, with camera control in 3D.
