This psychological survival horror follows a masked man trying to escape a city ravaged by disease as he questions whether what he sees is real. Hunger and exhaustion make the journey harder, while the protagonist’s choices affect the story and how he copes with events.
The player can sneak past enemies or fight them, search for other survivors, or attempt to leave the city alone. The protagonist needs to eat and sleep, and can turn to stimulants to keep going; his mental state may also deteriorate. Exploring locations, finding and crafting items, and completing side quests add to a playthrough that branches into two distinct paths, each with variations.
