This top-down shooter follows Los Angeles police officers in the 1970s as they take on criminals and a boss known as Hawaiian Mo. 3D cutscenes tell the story, which portrays the police as neither wholly good nor wholly bad.
The player controls two cops and uses a targeting system to position them tactically and attack enemies in real time. Six officers with different attributes are available; experience points can improve their health, speed, magazine capacity and damage. The team can use pistols, Uzis, shotguns, assault rifles and grenade launchers, while parts of the environment are destructible.
