This historical naval strategy game centers on the maritime conflict between the Union and the Confederacy during the American Civil War. In 1862, Britain, France and Spain recognize the Southern States, while the Union blockade prompts a struggle for control of their trade routes. The player chooses a side and builds a fleet to protect trade and destroy enemy ships.
Preparing for battle involves managing financial and strategic considerations, selecting a squadron’s composition and organizing ships into groups. The player sets formations and commands the fleet in pursuit of naval supremacy. Ships have distinct models and characteristics, alongside detailed ballistics and weapon models.
