A 2D platformer with shooter and quest elements, based on the Russian film Green Elephant. Players control two officers trying to escape from a military prison as they fight enemies across locations including a jail, forest, beach, and hospital. The characters include the Madman, Bro, the Captain, and the Colonel.
Each level involves finding a key and avoiding dangerous enemies, with a boss to defeat at the end. The game also features a multiplayer mode.
