This vehicle simulator explores the 1988 Ford lineup, letting players compare how 16 car models handle in different conditions. Touring is for getting familiar with a car; Drag Strip records its best 0-to-60 time, Slalom challenges players to weave around cones as quickly as possible, and Grand Prix is a five-lap race. Each event demonstrates how different parts of a vehicle behave under specific conditions.
An Info Center explains vehicle systems, including drive systems, aerodynamics, fuel injection, turbocharging, steering, brakes, suspension, and airbags. A buyer’s guide lets players choose a model and add packages or individual options, then calculate the cost and payments with a financial spreadsheet. The game also includes a survey for Ford that can be printed and mailed.
