A fitness game built around exercises for coordination, stamina, flexibility and concentration. The EyeToy camera projects the player’s image onto the screen, allowing them to interact with the virtual surroundings. Training is divided into four disciplines: aerobic routines and combat moves inspired by taekwondo, modern dance, kickboxing and karate; breathing, concentration and flexibility exercises drawing on yoga and tai chi; and slow movements targeting specific muscle groups.
