A 2D space trading and combat game set in the 31st century, across a galaxy with hundreds of systems. The player begins as the captain of a new ship, choosing a starting location and background, and can take part in a civil war or explore at their own pace.
Money can be earned by carrying passengers or cargo, escorting convoys, bounty hunting, mining asteroids, and capturing enemy ships. As the game progresses, ships can be upgraded and customized, and a fleet of warships or freighters assembled. A plugin system allows additional content to be created for the game.
