DEADBOLT is a stealth-action game about a Reaper working to quell an uprising of the undead. A mysterious fireplace assigns missions, including assassinating gang leaders and investigating mysteries. The Reaper has an arsenal of weapons and a range of skills, but dies from a single hit, leaving little room for mistakes.
Missions can be approached in different ways: players can act as a quiet assassin, fight openly, or combine the two styles. Progress unlocks weapons ranging from a scythe to an automatic grenade launcher, while enemies include various kinds of undead, such as zombies and vampires. The game also features a map editor for creating custom levels and playing maps made by others.
