This detective visual novel follows a school trip to the abandoned Jabberwock Island, where Monokuma restarts a deadly game. Students from Hope’s Peak Academy must investigate the island’s mysteries and solve a series of murders to find a way to escape.
The player examines crime scenes, gathers clues, and questions classmates to uncover the motives and circumstances behind each killing. During Class Trials, evidence is matched against students’ statements, false claims are challenged, and minigames help piece together what happened. One-on-one rebuttals require the player to defend an argument, while timing- and reflex-based challenges help reveal who is telling the truth.

Reseñas y calificaciones
No importa lo que digan, el segundo Ronpa es completamente imprescindible, con una trama extremadamente interesante, buenos giros argumentales y personajes geniales (pero me gustan mucho más los personajes de SDRV3) con los que realmente empatizas.
En términos de jugabilidad, la segunda parte no fue muy lejos de la primera, pero aún así introdujeron algunas características nuevas en Class Trails y en la exploración del mundo.
Кто бы что не говорил, но вторая Ронпа — это полнейший мастхэв, с крайне интересными сюжетом, неплохими сюжетными поворотами, и крутыми персонажами (но в SDRV3 персонажи мне симпатизируют куда больше), которым реально сопереживаешь.
В плане геймплея, вторая часть не далеко ушла от первой части, но всё же завезли некоторые новые фишки в Class Trail'ах, да и в обследовании мира.
El juego es más o menos normal, pero hay demasiado diálogo. Hay tantos que parece que estás viendo un video de la categoría "Todos los diálogos del Juego", estas son todas mis afirmaciones. El juego no es una obra maestra de la industria del juego y no merece un 8.
Игра более имение нормальная, но слишком много диалогов. Их так много, что начинает казаться что ты смотришь видио из разряда "Все диалоги из Игры", это все мои притензии. Игра не шедевр игровой индустрии, и на 8 не тянет.
