This puzzle-platformer follows a photographer climbing an ancient ruined tower in a forgotten land, a relic of a fanatical sect that sought to reach the sun. Dangerous animals, crumbling structures, and pitfalls stand between the photographer and the summit.
In Camera Obscura, a camera flash creates a temporary afterimage of the surroundings that can be manipulated to turn walls into stairs, make platforms into cages, bridge gaps, and hold moving platforms in place. Across the tower’s 57 maps, this mechanic opens up different routes and can help fend off its creatures. A built-in editor lets players create levels using platforms, enemies, switches, and doors.
