A life simulation set in a village, where the player tends to a home, chats with local characters and takes part in everyday activities. In Animal Crossing: Wild World, players can catch bugs and fish, collect items such as hats and sunglasses, and create patterns and write letters. Days and seasons pass in real time, so village life continues independently of the player’s chosen activities.
Up to four players can spend time together in one village, interact and visit friends’ villages either nearby or over the internet. The touch screen is used to navigate the world and manage items, while letters and patterns can be created with the stylus.
